The At Risk Youth Foundation was founded in 2010 by two California Highway Patrol officers in Redwood City and one deputy coroner investigator with San Mateo County, who were fed up seeing tragic impacts of poor choices by our youth. Since there is only so much time in life and time is what we make of it, the Foundation was created to make a difference by either influencing those choices before they are made or softening the impact for those youth already involved in the tragedy.
Our nonprofit is dedicated to changing lives of the youth in our communities through charitable programs and educating them in the consequences of poor choices.
